UBTECH not only values the protection of its own trade secrets but also respects the trade secrets of others, strictly prohibiting employees from obtaining or using others' trade secrets by any improper means or without authorization.

UBTECH has established a company-level Trade Secret Protection Compliance Working Group, responsible for comprehensively promoting the optimization and upgrading of the company's trade secret protection compliance system, assisting and guiding business departments in carrying out trade secret protection compliance work, and clarifying the main responsibility of each business department as the executing unit, to ensure the implementation of the trade secret protection compliance system.

UBTECH has adopted a range of actions, including but not limited to the following, to meet our compliance obligations regarding the protection of trade secrets:

•  Formulating and issuing policy documents such as the "Confidentiality Management Procedures," "Prevention of Infringement of Others' Trade Secrets Management System," and "Employee Business Conduct Guidelines," requiring all employees to strictly abide by laws, regulations, and company provisions in their business activities.

•  Integrating compliance requirements for the protection of trade secrets into actual business scenarios, and continuously improving compliance based on business practices and the latest developments in domestic and international laws and regulations.

•  Continuously carrying out multi-level, comprehensive publicity, training, and assessment for the protection of trade secrets, and enhancing all employees' awareness and sense of responsibility for trade secret protection through proactive compliance demonstration by the senior management team.

•  The Trade Secret Protection Compliance Working Group is responsible for supervision to ensure the effective implementation of the company's trade secret protection compliance system.

•  Adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards any infringement of trade secrets, requiring all partners to comply with laws and regulations on intellectual property and trade secret protection, not to provide any products or services to UBTECH that may infringe upon the rights of third parties, to strictly abide by confidentiality agreements, uphold business ethics, fulfill social responsibilities, and jointly maintain a healthy market environment of fair competition.
