UBTECH's Compliance Management System

• We have established a Compliance Adherence Committee, chaired by the CEO, responsible for the comprehensive construction and advancement of UBTECH's compliance management system, ensuring its efficient operation. The Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the establishment of a Compliance Adherence department, to independently carry out compliance management responsibilities, specifically addressing key domains such as anti-commercial bribery, privacy protection, export control, and trade secret protection.

• We strictly adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and compliance policies, and conduct risk assessments in conjunction with specific business scenarios to formulate corresponding risk control measures. By establishing systematic rules, we provide compliance guidance for business activities and effectively integrate compliance requirements and control measures into all business processes. Furthermore, we continuously optimize the compliance management system through methods such as audits and inspections.

• We place great emphasis on cultivating a compliance culture, continuously conducting various multi-level, scenario-based compliance training and communication activities to promote a comprehensive understanding of the company's and individual's compliance responsibilities among all employees. By implementing a compliance assessment mechanism, we enhance awareness of compliance, fully internalize the ability to comply, and achieve a collective understanding and commitment to compliance from all staff members.
